StartupShield provides cybersecurity solutions tailored for UK startups and small businesses. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, which govern your use of our offerings, including threat detection, data protection, and complete security infrastructure. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, mutual understanding, and a commitment to safeguarding your digital assets while fostering trust.
Our services are intended for businesses operating within the United Kingdom, particularly startups and small enterprises seeking robust yet affordable cybersecurity. You must provide accurate information when subscribing to our services, including business details and operational scope, to enable us to tailor our solutions effectively. Misrepresentation of information may result in service limitations or termination. StartupShield reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates communicated through our platform or during service renewals.
Payment for services is required in advance, based on the selected plan—Threat Detection & Prevention (£299/month), Data Protection Suite (£189/month), or Complete Security Infrastructure (£449/month). Failure to make timely payments may lead to service suspension. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice. Upon cancellation, access to our services will cease at the end of the billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.
StartupShield is committed to delivering enterprise-grade protection, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against all cyber threats, given the evolving nature of digital risks. You agree to implement recommended security practices, such as regular software updates and employee training, to complement our solutions. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to follow these recommendations or from unforeseen cyber incidents beyond our control.
Our services include access to proprietary tools and dashboards for monitoring threats and managing data protection. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute these tools without prior written consent. Any misuse of our services, including attempts to bypass security protocols, will result in immediate termination and potential legal action. Intellectual property, including our software, branding, and methodologies, remains the sole property of StartupShield.
We value your trust and aim to provide transparent, reliable cybersecurity. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under UK law, with jurisdiction in London courts. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, ensuring a partnership focused on protecting your startup’s digital future.
